Your new job

• Developing and operating workplace solutions (FAT and VDI) for our clients in the enterprise environment and acting as a contact person for stakeholders on technical issues
• Designing and further developing system configurations with Microsoft MECM and Intune
• Planning, preparing and carrying out hardware-related workplace updates (BIOS and drivers)
• Implementing security and compliance requirements as well as integrating and automating workplace solutions, including with PowerShell
• Troubleshooting and resolving performance issues in 3rd-level support and providing professional guidance to apprentices as a practical trainer

What you bring with you

• Vocational training in IT (EFZ) as well as several years of professional experience in IT infrastructure or system engineering in enterprise environments
• Solid experience in the development, administration and operation of workplace solutions with Citrix and/or Microsoft AVD, W365, co-management and Azure
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Intune, MECM and PowerShell as well as experience with hardware migrations and updates
• Interest and motivation to build new solutions regarding hardening and data security
• Agile mindset and enjoyment in operating complex systems stably and securely and continuously improving them

Your salary

Your gross salary for a 100% workload is in the range of CHF 85,000 to 115,000 per year, depending on your prior knowledge and experience. With more professional experience or additional skills, it can also be somewhat higher. Salary development then depends on your performance and the financial success of Bedag.
