What we do:<p>The <b>Rebsamen Management AG</b> handles the administrative and communicative tasks of our corporate group. This includes the areas of administration, business development, HR, IT, finance, sales & marketing.</p><p>The group consists of around 160 employees across six companies in Lucerne and Zurich. We operate in the building services sector and, with our engineers in building technology, are among the most renowned offices on the market.</p>

What you will do with us:
<ul><li data-mce-="">First and second level support – using a ticket system</li><li data-mce-="">Commissioning of systems on site including acceptance and user instruction</li><li data-mce-="">Project management and support of network topics in audiovisual, building automation and digital signage projects</li><li data-mce-="">Support of the company ICT infrastructure (servers, SAN, networks, PCs/notebooks, printers, telephony, etc.)</li><li data-mce-="">Planning of daily and project tasks (technical networks; collaboration software; O365 integrations)</li><li data-mce-="">Support of IT applications (specific)</li><li data-mce-="">Network configuration with small to medium complexity</li><li data-mce-="">Setting up and managing the IP structure</li><li data-mce-="">… and many other exciting tasks</li></ul>
What you bring:
<ul><li>A successfully completed basic education as an IT specialist EFZ or comparable qualification</li><li data-mce-="">You have experience in the field of network technology, preferably Cisco, Zyxel, Unifi or Hirschmann</li><li data-mce-="">You possess good knowledge of network infrastructure and its configuration (Windows Server, TCP/IP, VMware vSphere, HP MSA Storage, Exchange, Veeam Backup and Office 365)</li><li data-mce-="">MCSE or CCNA certifications are an advantage</li><li data-mce-="">You enjoy varied work with customers and in-house</li><li data-mce-="">German is your mother tongue, English skills in spoken and written form, other foreign languages are an advantage</li><li data-mce-="">Your manner is customer-oriented, friendly, well-groomed and courteous</li><li data-mce-="">You have a quick grasp, an innovative and independent working style</li><li data-mce-="">You hold a category B driving licence</li></ul><p><br></p>
