Senior Public Sector Developer (m/f/d)
As the central contact person, you consolidate all essential public sector topics and act as a connecting element between the Public Sector Division and the Bechtle sales units in Switzerland.
- You are responsible for the strategic development and positioning of Bechtle with selected government customers.
- You build resilient relationships with decision-makers and opinion leaders in administration, politics, research, and technology ecosystems.
- You position Bechtle as a leading partner for digital sovereignty, AI, and digital transformation in the Swiss government environment.
- You identify strategic initiatives, procurement projects, and transformation programmes early and develop concrete growth opportunities from them.
- You orchestrate collaboration between customers, manufacturers, and Bechtle companies according to the OneBechtle principle.
- You develop innovative solution approaches for the administration of the future together with manufacturers, think tanks, and partners.
- You represent Bechtle in relevant associations, expert committees, and events around sovereignty, digitalisation, and AI.
Your skills? More than interesting:
- Several years of experience in a strategic role in the public sector environment or at the interfaces of administration, politics, or science.
- Proven network in the Swiss government environment, preferably with the federal administration, procurement organisations, or relevant innovation and technology actors.
- Deep understanding of digital sovereignty, AI, and digital transformation topics.
- Experience in building and managing complex stakeholder networks.
- High degree of initiative, persuasiveness, and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills at the executive level.
- Fluent in German and English.
