Type of Work

In this versatile role, you will take on various tasks in the fields of payroll, payroll administration, and social insurance for 100+ employees at different locations in Switzerland. You are responsible for payroll (Abacus), including monthly payroll runs and year-end tasks, coordinate/monitor personnel budgets, and actively participate in the annual salary/bonus and profit-sharing processes. Furthermore, you will take on tasks related to payroll-adjacent HR administration as well as HR administration (e.g. onboarding and offboarding), and be the competent contact person for line managers regarding questions on labour/social insurance law and payroll-related topics. In addition, you will be actively involved in various HR projects and support the Head of HR in daily business. Requirements Profile

To master this exciting challenge optimally, you have completed a commercial apprenticeship and bring relevant HR further training (e.g. social insurance specialist, payroll specialist, HR specialist). You already have several years of experience in payroll accounting including preparation/execution of payroll runs, ideally gained in comparable roles with a high degree of independence in SMEs with various professional groups (e.g. industry, construction, research). You also have good knowledge of Swiss labour and social insurance law. Additionally, you are a proficient MS Office user and have already gained solid practical experience with HRIS systems (especially Abacus). You communicate confidently in German and can ideally also communicate in French/English. We are looking for an independent, analytically gifted, and thoughtful service personality who keeps a cool head and a natural sense of humour even in hectic times.
