In this varied role, you ensure that the required materials and services are available at the right time, in the right quality, and under optimal conditions. You act as an important interface between our suppliers and the internal departments.

Your area of responsibility

• Procurement & Purchasing: You procure raw materials, components, special parts, and services, ensuring timely and cost-optimised supply
• Order processing: You keep track from order placement to goods receipt, create orders, and consistently follow them up
• Supplier management: You maintain existing supplier relationships, obtain quotations, conduct price negotiations, and further develop collaboration with our partners
• Schedule management: You always keep delivery dates in view. In case of deviations, you coordinate directly with suppliers, initiate appropriate measures, and escalate early if necessary
• Complaint management: In case of quality deviations, you coordinate a quick and sustainable solution together with our quality management and suppliers
• Master data maintenance: You ensure up-to-date and reliable purchasing and supplier master data in our ERP system – from material prices to relevant order information
• Interdisciplinary collaboration: You work closely with logistics, production, quality management, and sales, supporting procurement and the launch of new items
• Calculation of special parts: For individual customer requests, you obtain the necessary information and quotations and prepare calculations for customised special parts

Your profile

Education: Completed commercial basic training, ideally supplemented by further training in purchasing, procurement, or logisticsProfessional experience: Several years of experience in operational purchasing, ideally 2–3 years or moreExpertise: Good knowledge of materials management as well as procurement and ordering processes; experience with ERP systems, preferably SAPPersonality: Communicative and confident negotiator with organisational skills, initiative, and an independent, structured working styleTeam & Resilience: Team-oriented, reliable, and resilient personality who keeps an overview even in hectic situationsLanguages: Very good German skills as well as good to confident English skills in spoken and written formIT skills: Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel, as well as ERP systems
