In this responsible position, you will play a key role in ensuring that our private label collections in the DOB sector are realised technically flawlessly and in line with the brand. With your precise eye for fit, workmanship, and quality, you will accompany our designs through all development phases and ensure that every product meets our high standards. Your technical expertise forms an important foundation for high-quality collections and strengthens the continuous development of our private labels.

To complement our successful team in Urdorf, we are looking for a committed individual as Technician DOB Private Labels 60-80% starting immediately or by arrangement.

• You support the planning and technical implementation of the collections, ensuring the high quality our brands stand for. This includes creating and maintaining precise measurement and size charts and independently measuring styles.
• You organise and accompany fit approvals and fittings in close collaboration with design and purchasing, significantly contributing to the perfect fit.
• You research materials, coordinate closely with design and purchasing, and manage lab dips, photo samples, size samples, and prototypes. Communication with international suppliers is part of your daily routine, as is the ongoing maintenance of technical documentation.
• You monitor sample statuses, production approvals, and deadlines, ensuring smooth technical product development. Additionally, you ensure compliance with all label regulations and are responsible for the availability of labels, hangtags, and other components.
• With your passion for colour, form, and quality, you actively contribute to colour cards, colour concepts, and trend research.

• You have completed training in clothing technology, fashion technology, or a comparable field. You already bring initial to several years of experience in DOB development, ideally in a private label environment.
• You communicate confidently in English; Italian is an advantage.
• You are proficient in MS Office – especially Excel; knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus.
• Your working style is precise, structured, and independent. You enjoy detailed work, fit, and high quality. Team spirit and communication skills complete your profile – as does your enthusiasm for fashion and technical product development.
