HR Specialist - Become an Abacus Consultant

Your tasks

• Analysis of HR processes and consulting on the optimal use of modules (e.g. applicant management, on-/offboarding, employee appraisals)
• Support of implementation projects from conception through configuration to go-live
• Training for HR managers and key users in handling the Abacus HR modules
• First- and second-level support via telephone and ticket system for questions, error messages or workflow configurations

Your profile

• Solid HR training (e.g. HR assistant, HR clerk, HR specialist with federal diploma) or comparable qualification
• Experience with Abacus or comparable ERP systems is an advantage
• Good communication skills, strong service orientation and enjoyment of customer contact
• Structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach to complex issues
• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
