What you can contribute

• Ensure coordination, planning, execution and control of militia deployments in collaboration with the teams of the Cyber Fusion Center (CFC) and the militia organisation
• Further develop the cyber training of the Swiss Army (cyber course, refresher courses)
• Develop deployment concepts for the cyber militia in favour of the Swiss Army (analyse capabilities, define structures and ensure resourcing)
• Check training quality and identify appropriate measures
• Initiate and establish international cooperation
• Ensure collaboration and communication between the professional and militia organisations and act as a link between the involved parties

What makes you unique

• University degree in computer science/information security or engineering
• Extensive experience in a security organisation (SOC, CSIRT, CERT)
• Assertive personality who inspires and motivates others
• Knowledge of military staff processes/organisations
• Ideally has experience as a staff officer in the Swiss Army
• Good active knowledge of a second official language as well as good English skills
