HR Business Partner - 80%

Your main responsibilities:

• act as a strategic partner for management in the management and development of their teams,
• conduct recruitment of senior executives,
• ensure the implementation of processes (integration, skills development and progression, performance and remuneration, succession and appointment), guaranteeing compliance with HR policies and handling the operational aspects,
• be the point of contact for employees for any type of questions and/or considerations and intervene as a mediator in particular situations,
• actively participate in projects.

Your profile:

• university or higher education in the HR field,
• minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar position, experience within a banking/financial institution is an advantage,
• ability to structure and lead projects,
• good knowledge of Swiss labour law in human resources,
• interpersonal skills, leadership, autonomy and proactivity.
