An established company in the field of sustainable circular economy with a presence in the DACH region is looking for an IT System Engineer (m/f/d) at the Bern location. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of modern IT infrastructures as a central interface between local specialist departments and the central IT organisation. We are looking for a committed individual with solid experience in IT infrastructure projects, Microsoft technologies, and cloud solutions, who works independently and drives digitalisation initiatives.
- Analysis of complex IT faults in 2nd-level support
- Planning and execution of server and network migrations
- Coordination of project participants and creation of technical documentation
- Advising specialist departments on IT topics and digitalisation initiatives
- Several years of experience in IT infrastructure and project work necessary
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies required
- Strong communication skills as well as independent and solution-oriented working style
- Very good German and English skills are expected
- Central interface function between Swiss locations and DACH IT
- Flat hierarchies promote agile working methods and quick decisions
- External training is actively supported and encouraged
- Shaping the digital transformation in a sustainable company
