IT Support Specialist (m/f/d)

You are the central point of contact in the service desk, competently and courteously resolving requests in 1st and 2nd level support
The administration and monitoring of IT systems is part of your daily routine, including patching and security updates
You keep inventory lists and software registrations up to date to ensure nothing is overlooked
You create user guides, training materials, and system documentation clearly and understandably
Qualifications:
Completed IT apprenticeship
Extensive practical experience in operating and supporting complex IT infrastructures, ideally supported by certifications in Microsoft, ITIL or ISO standards
German at a business fluent level, English skills for international coordination available
Tech stack: Microsoft 365, ITIL Framework, ISO/IEC 27001, ServiceNow, Exchange Online
