Business Analyst Transformation & Contract Platform (m/f/d)

As a Business Analyst, you are part of an interdisciplinary team supporting Mobilière in its development in the pension market through ambitious projects and agile methods.

What you can achieve with us

You contribute to the modernisation of our business processes and the evolution of our contract and task management platform. Thanks to your understanding of end-to-end processes and the possibilities offered by our platforms, you identify improvement opportunities and design high-value solutions for users and the company.

Within our SAFe organisation, you ensure the representation of gathered requirements to the Scrum teams and fully participate in defining solution variants with these teams and the project portfolio managers.

You also participate in the acceptance of deliverables and change management activities.

What you bring

• University degree in business administration, business informatics or equivalent
• Mastery of business analysis methods, tools and best practices with experience in analysing and optimising end-to-end processes
• Significant experience in managing, evolving or implementing a major business platform
• Systemic vision, ability to understand interactions between processes, systems, data and users
• Solution-oriented and pragmatic approach focused on results and value creation with the ability to unite stakeholders, influence decisions and build commitment around proposed solutions
• Fluent in French and/or German with excellent English skills

The Private Pension Business Transformation department is responsible for leading and implementing projects in the pension sector. It consists of dynamic, diverse teams of Business Analysts and project managers working together in a collegiate atmosphere.
