Enterprise Architect Core Banking Transformation

Tasks

• Develop the strategic application architecture for core banking systems and the applications in the immediate environment in line with IT and corporate strategy
• Ensure that business requirements are structured, prepared and challenged
• Develop the reference architecture across all business domains
• Develop implementation roadmap, including critical path, dependencies and "exit points"
• Support vendor selection, including challenging costs

Requirements

• Several years of experience as an architect (domain/enterprise) in complex IT landscapes, especially in the environment of core banking systems (e.g. account management, billing and processing for/of accounts, securities, payments and financing)
• Sound knowledge of modern architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF), capability-based modelling as well as common integration and architecture patterns
• Proven experience in planning and implementing core banking transformations with different products and across all project phases
• Broad knowledge of banking applications, IT solutions and bank-specific reference architectures

Personality

• Strong communication skills and confidence in audience-appropriate communication at all hierarchy levels - from C-level to implementation teams
• Strategic and analytical thinking ability as well as the capability to grasp complex interrelationships holistically.
