We are looking for an Engineer Technical Change Management to complement our team and actively shape technical change processes throughout the entire product lifecycle. In this role, you will make an important contribution to ensuring that product, process, and documentation changes are implemented efficiently, transparently, and sustainably. You will work in a dynamic environment that focuses on innovation, quality, and continuous improvement. Together with internal partners, you will drive change and lay the foundation for long-term product success.

If so, a key role in Technical Change Management awaits you. In close cooperation with development, production, quality management, and other departments, you will ensure that technical changes are implemented in a structured, traceable, and timely manner. The function is positioned within the organisation as a cross-departmental engineering role and offers you the opportunity to actively shape and continuously develop processes.
What tasks will you undertake?
You will:
- Manage complex Engineering Change Requests and coordinate their implementation across departments.
- Implement product, process, and documentation changes considering quality, costs, deadlines, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyse key figures, lead times, and existing change processes, as well as identify and drive improvement potentials.
- Collaborate interdisciplinarily with various departments and colleagues within the Endress+Hauser Group.
- Create transparency about ongoing technical changes and ensure smooth information flow among all parties involved.
- Contribute to the continuous development of change management processes and establish best practices.
What do we expect from you?
You:
- Have a degree in engineering, for example in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable field.
- Bring at least five years of experience in managing complex and cross-departmental technical change processes.
- Possess a deep understanding of product development processes, product structures, and engineering workflows.
- Think holistically across the entire product lifecycle and have strong stakeholder management skills.
- Convince with an implementation-oriented, team-focused, and customer-centric working style.
- Communicate and moderate confidently in German and English.
