SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER (m/f)

• Responsibility for a defined, complex personnel area regarding personnel planning, recruitment, personnel development, etc.
• Close cooperation in a small HR team, deputising at the same level, especially in the area of salary administration and social security matters
• Support and advice to line managers on all personnel matters, operationally and conceptually, implementation of case management processes
• Single point of contact for internal employees in all personnel matters and the associated personnel administration including specialist analyses, KPI statistics, area monitoring, etc.
• Active participation in various HR projects across the entire company, interdisciplinary collaboration within the whole company on specific tasks and close exchange with the supervisor

• Academic basic training at Bachelor and/or Master level or equivalent vocational training with further education in HR, management or business administration
• Several years of practical experience in HR business (preferably in a generalist function across the entire HR life cycle)
• Proven performance in a senior specialist position in a demanding trading or technology company of corporate size with an international orientation
• German as mother tongue, English spoken/written important, French spoken desirable
• Ideally good knowledge of Swiss labour law and the regional HR environment, Abacus and Workday knowledge advantageous
