The Clair Bois Foundation is a private organisation benefiting from a service contract with the State of Geneva. In its five homes located in Pregny-Chambésy, Lancy (Child and Adolescent Centre), Pinchat, Chêne-Bougeries and in the City of Geneva (Adult Centre), it welcomes people with multiple disabilities. It also supports young people in initial training and employs a significant number of staff in adapted employment.

The Child and Adolescent Centre is looking for its school and boarding school at Clair Bois-Lancy:

A qualified speech therapist

Job description:

- Provide speech therapy care in communication and oral skills.

- Ensure the quality of care for each child, in close collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.

- Be involved in the follow-up of the children’s Individualised School Project (ISP) in close collaboration with the multidisciplinary teams.

- Ensure optimal information flow and quality of links with the various professionals of the institution.

- Participate in the development of the Child and Adolescent Centre.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or master’s degree in speech therapy

- Right to practise in the canton of Geneva

- Proven professional experience with people with disabilities

- Skills in Swiss Sign Language (LSF), Augmentative and Alternative Communication, swallowing assistance.

- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

- Proficiency in common computer tools.

- Swiss nationality or valid permit.
