Your responsibility:

• You support the departments in planning and implementing IT projects, coordinate project workflows and resources, and ensure smooth project documentation and collaboration
• Shaping digitalisation: You plan, control and realise demanding digitalisation projects – from project initiation, through solution conception to successful implementation.
• Driving projects: You lead interdisciplinary project teams and bring together different perspectives, interests and skills.
• Connecting people and partners: You work in close exchange with the CDO, DTM, departments, internal and external specialist units, service providers and committees.
• Ensuring success: You keep an eye on budget, deadlines and quality and ensure transparency with professional reporting and risk management.
• Realising potential: You enable new digital business processes with digitalisation solutions.
• Rethinking processes: You support the optimisation of workflows and accompany their sustainable transformation – with a focus on efficiency, quality and customer orientation.
• Enabling change: Together with the Digitalisation team of the Security Directorate, you actively support employees and organisational units in cultural change and create acceptance for new ways of working.

Your background:

• University or university of applied sciences degree in business informatics, business administration or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in managing demanding projects, ideally in the digitalisation environment
• Strong communication, leadership and moderation skills as well as a confident and convincing manner
• Experience in collecting, modelling and documenting business processes
• Understanding of administrative processes and legal frameworks
• Analytical, structured and at the same time pragmatic way of working
• Enjoy initiating change, developing solutions and winning people over
• Willingness to obtain the advanced certification in the HERMES project management method

General Secretariat / IT

The General Secretariat of the Security Directorate with its approximately 53 employees is the staff unit of the head of the Security Directorate and acts as a coordination and control unit for the entire directorate. It is divided into the following departments: Family, Integration and Services; Support; Business Administration; Human Resources; Legislation; Communication; Swisslos Fund and Supervision KESB/SchK.

What you should also know

Together with our Chief Digital Officer (CDO) and the Digital Transformation Manager (DTM), you shape the foundations for a modern, networked and service-oriented Security Directorate. In the project management team PM+ of the IT department of the Security Directorate (IT SID), you take on a central role: You critically examine existing processes in close cooperation with the CDO and DTM, identify potentials, develop viable solutions and successfully implement demanding digitalisation projects.
For this, we are looking for an open-minded, committed and solution-oriented personality who takes responsibility, enjoys working in a networked way and actively implements change.
