We are Nachbur AG, an innovative Swiss family business that has stood for highly precise mechanical components since 1947.

Our approximately 90 employees are the decisive factor for our success. For our HR department, we are looking for a committed individual who not only reliably handles administrative tasks but also enjoys supporting people, assisting managers, and actively further developing our HR work.

Your tasks – taking responsibility and making an impact

• Take holistic responsibility for HR tasks: You manage all personnel processes from entry to exit and ensure professional, efficient, and reliable handling.
• Support people: You are a competent contact person for employees and managers, listen, advise, and find sustainable solutions.
• Empower managers: You assist with personnel decisions, employee discussions, and challenging situations – constructively, solution-oriented, and with a clear stance.
• Attract talent: You are responsible for recruitment and design a professional onboarding process.
• Ensure administration: You handle contracts, references, absences, social insurances, and payroll-relevant changes.
• Promote personnel development: You coordinate training and support the targeted development of our employees.
• Drive change: You question existing processes, further develop HR procedures, and actively contribute your own ideas.

• Think entrepreneurially: You recognise the need for action, develop solutions, and support management with well-founded assessments and HR metrics.

Your profile – competence meets personality

• You have a solid HR education and several years of professional experience in a comparable role.
• You are well-versed in Swiss labour and social insurance law.
• You enjoy working independently, in a structured manner, and with a high standard of quality.
• You have a good sense for people, can listen, and bring different interests together.
• You have backbone: You address difficult topics openly, respectfully, and solution-oriented.
• You think entrepreneurially: You recognise connections, set priorities, and keep the big picture in mind.
• You are a personality who builds trust, takes responsibility, and supports decisions.

• You are AI-savvy: You recognise the opportunities of artificial intelligence and use modern AI tools purposefully to make HR processes more efficient, intelligent, and future-oriented.

• You are proficient in social media: You know the relevant platforms, especially LinkedIn, and understand how to use them effectively for recruitment, employer branding, and positioning our company as an attractive employer.
