Senior Process Specialist Manufacturing & Process Technology (m/f/d), 100%
For our active ingredient production, we are seeking to strengthen our TechOps organisation in the Manufacturing & Process Technology (MPT) department immediately or by arrangement with a Chemical Engineer or Process Engineer as Senior Process Specialist in the specialist group for lyophilisation, spray drying, and cleanroom.
Your Responsibilities
- Process engineering support for plant projects
- Evaluating, developing, and introducing new plants and technologies
- Coordinating the qualification and validation of new plants
- Sub-project management of large and project management of small investment projects
- Optimising existing production processes (e.g., through process engineering, automation, or PAT solutions)
Your Profile
- We are looking for a flexible, assertive, and team-oriented personality for this position
- You work proactively and in a structured manner, are resilient and reliable
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a comparable qualification
- You bring at least 5 years of professional experience and have knowledge of GMP, plant and pipeline construction, mechanical engineering, as well as occupational safety and explosion protection
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Knowledge of lyophilisation is an advantage
- Very good German skills (C1 or native), basic English skills (B2), and confident use of MS Office are required.
