Role:
As a Low-Code Integration Developer (Microsoft 365 & Azure), you design business applications that noticeably relieve the workload of departments. You rely on the Microsoft Power Platform and prefer standard components. You develop your own extensions only where they create real added value. From the initial requirements analysis to release, you keep architecture, security, and performance in view. Customers appreciate you as a technical counterpart who provides clear recommendations.
Responsibilities:
You develop sophisticated model-driven apps and canvas apps, ensuring scalability and good maintainability.
You automate processes with Power Automate, implementing approval workflows and cross-system flows.
You model tables, relationships, views, and permission concepts in Microsoft Dataverse and map complex logic in Power Fx.
Furthermore, you link solutions with Teams, Dynamics 365, and Azure services and implement interfaces via custom connectors and REST APIs.
You implement application lifecycle management (ALM), support deployments, and build chatbot solutions with Copilot Studio.
Additionally, you moderate requirements workshops, optimise existing applications, and drive reusable components and standards forward.
Qualifications:
You have at least three years of solid development experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
You write complex formulas in Power Fx confidently and build well-thought-out data models.
You think in environments, solutions, and reusable structures and know the platform’s role and security concepts thoroughly.
Moreover, you bring integration experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and third-party systems, ideally also with Azure and bot technologies.
With an analytical eye and a sense for business processes, you find pragmatic and sustainable solutions for customer concerns.
You also excel in spoken and written German and English, and a Microsoft certification in the Power Platform environment rounds off your profile.
Benefits:
- Home office
- Experienced and dynamic team
- Interesting and varied tasks/projects
- Flat hierarchies
- Flexible working hours
- Open corporate culture
- Comfortable office with modern infrastructure
- Coaching and mentoring
- Attractive pension and insurance benefits
- Participation in or provision of company car
