About the job

• You receive customer orders and reliably record them in our ERP system.
• You create and update the production planning and continuously coordinate it with production.
• You maintain close communication with the procurement departments of our customers and ensure a smooth flow of information.

• You maintain and update relevant master data.
• You deepen your knowledge of our ERP system and gradually develop into a key user role.
• You support the continuous improvement of processes and data quality.

• You coordinate orders with our external manufacturing partners.
• You provide the necessary order documents and keep track of deadlines and deliveries.
• You coordinate goods deliveries and organise the corresponding transports.

• You support quality management in the maintenance and further development of our ISO 9001 management system.
• You record and process internal and external error reports in IQSoft.
• You manage controlled documents such as inspection and work instructions and ensure their currency.
• You assist production in correctly performing the defined in-process inspections.
• You carry out incoming goods inspections and help ensure our high quality standards.

• You contribute to the further development of our warehouse structures and material flows.
• You support the logistics team in daily business.
• If the situation requires, you also lend a hand yourself.

• You have completed vocational training and suitable further education, for example as a technical clerk, logistics specialist, process specialist, or process technician.
• You bring professional experience in a production or industrial company.
• You have a strong customer and service orientation and enjoy working with various internal and external interfaces.
• You think in networks, work in a structured way, and keep an overview even with several parallel topics.
• You work independently, reliably, and solution-oriented and like to take responsibility.
• You are confident in using MS Office and ideally have experience with ERP systems in order or material management.
• You have very good German skills. English skills in speaking and writing are an advantage.
• You are a team player, willing to help practically when needed, and actively contribute to collaboration.
• You enjoy questioning existing processes and further developing them together with us.
