We are Conil – a future-oriented SME with around 15 employees based in Frauenfeld. As an established specialist for contact lenses, care products and optical-related products, we combine professional expertise with personal customer service and efficient processes.

To strengthen our management team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an entrepreneurial-minded, implementation-strong personality as

Head of IT and Logistics (m/f/d | 80 - 100%)

Your Tasks

• You lead our four logistics employees and manage external service providers
• You ensure the stable, secure operation of our IT system landscape and continuously develop it further
• You analyse, optimise and digitalise operational processes – especially in warehouse management
• You are responsible for warehouse management, inventory control and goods movements, ensuring efficient and reliable workflows
• You ensure the implementation and further development of our quality management as well as compliance with data protection requirements
• You drive the further development of our webshop and coordinate the necessary technical and organisational measures
• You pitch in yourself if needed and take over operational warehouse management during absences

Your Profile

• Completed education at HF/FH level in computer science, business informatics, logistics or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in IT, logistics and process optimisation
• Experience in leading employees, ideally in a logistics environment
• Experience in analysing, optimising and digitalising business processes
• Good knowledge in operating, further developing IT systems and project management
• Knowledge for operational implementation in QM, data protection and IT security
• Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to pragmatically, independently and hands-on implement strategic topics
• Fluent German skills; French and/or English are a plus
