COMPLIANCE MANAGER IN PRODUCTION

YOUR TASKS: For our location in St. Gallen, we are looking for a Compliance Manager Production with the following responsibilities:

• Timely opening and processing of deviations as well as associated CAPAs

• Continuous improvement of deviation-related KPIs (e.g., scrap rate, deviation per batch, right first time rate)

• Completion of inspections without deficiencies and ensuring permanent inspection readiness

• Acquiring detailed know-how about the equipment and processes in the area of responsibility

• Leading project teams in a matrix organization

• Conducting root cause analyses as part of the deviation handling

• Coordination activities with the departments of engineering, metrology, quality control, and quality assurance

• Representing the area of responsibility during inspections

YOUR PROFILE: For this position, we are looking for a responsible and independent person with the following profile:

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or process engineering or comparable education

• 4-5 years of experience in manufacturing companies

• Solid knowledge of GMP and manufacturing processes in a regulated environment

• Experience in deviation management

• IT skills in common programs (at least MS Office)

• Language skills: German and English, spoken and written

• Willingness for internal and external further training

• Familiarity with operational excellence terms (5S, continuous improvement, predictive maintenance, etc.)

• Training in Operational Excellence (Green Belt, Black Belt, or similar)

• Knowledge and experience with risk and quality management tools as well as project management tools
