Your daily responsibilities

• Professional and administrative leadership as Infrastructure Team Leader
• Promotion and development of employees
• Responsibility for the maintenance and cleanliness of buildings, outdoor areas, and green spaces
• Ensuring compliance with cleaning, hygiene, and quality standards
• Active participation in maintenance, specialised, and basic cleaning
• Supervision and support of external service providers
• Conducting quality checks of in-house and external cleaning
• Handling complaints and initiating improvement measures
• Supporting infrastructural property management with projects and optimisations

What you bring with you

• Training in operational maintenance, building cleaning, facility management, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in professional cleaning and facility services
• Enjoyment in leading and coordinating employees as well as external service providers
• High quality awareness and a sense for order, cleanliness, and efficient processes
• Independent, reliable, and structured working style
• Team-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality, resilience, and assertiveness
• Driving licence category B
