At the climate protection organisation MyBluePlanet, we are looking for a Volunteer Management volunteer immediately or by arrangement. Grassroots movements thrive when people with different skills and interests come together. At MyBluePlanet, we provide volunteers with tools and ways to turn their passion into action – so they can create real change together with other volunteers and our projects. Are you passionate about effective climate protection? Are you enthusiastic about engaging people for a cause and supporting volunteers in the best possible way? Would you like to not only welcome new helpers but actively involve, support, and motivate them? Do you bring organisational talent and strategic skills to further develop the volunteer programme together with the office? Then you are exactly right with us! Your tasks & time commitment ü You manage the entire volunteer lifecycle – from welcoming new volunteers to long-term retention. ü You maintain contact with existing volunteers, promoting exchange and motivation. ü You organise assignments, training, and community events for volunteers together with the office. ü You assist in coordinating deployment plans and ensure tasks are clearly distributed. ü Time commitment: 8 - 12 hours per month. ü Workplace: HUB Winterthur or remote. Your profile- Enjoy working with people and developing an engaged volunteer community.
- Initiative and independent working style.
- Experience in project management or volunteer coordination is an advantage.
- Team spirit and willingness to commit to a non-profit association.
- Interest in climate and environmental protection.
