As the first point of contact on the telephone, you competently and professionally assist our customers.

You quickly recognise the needs of our customers and initiate the corresponding processes. In doing so, you prepare offers, orders, delivery notes, invoices and ensure efficient scheduling of our service technicians.

You are characterised by:

• Courteous, friendly manner
• Training as an electrical installer EFZ (or comparable)
