Legal Assistant / Executive Assistant (50–100%)

For our established law firm based in Küsnacht, we are looking for a reliable, discreet and committed individual to support the management and our team of lawyers, starting immediately or by arrangement.

In this versatile role, you will take on administrative, organisational and coordinative tasks and contribute significantly to the smooth running of the firm. You will support the management and lawyers in all administrative matters, coordinate appointments and meetings, undertake organisational tasks and actively participate in the day-to-day business of the firm. In addition, you will manage client files, independently handle correspondence with clients, authorities, courts and external parties, and assist with invoicing as well as monitoring debtors and creditors. Organising internal events and general office and firm administration tasks are also part of your responsibilities.

You have completed commercial training or training as a paralegal, the Matura (possibly a degree) and possess the relevant qualifications. You have excellent German language skills, both spoken and written, are proficient in common MS Office applications, and have a structured, independent and reliable working style. Discretion, organisational talent and a sense of responsibility are natural to you, as is a friendly, service-oriented manner and the ability to work well in a team.
