Project Focus You will design the integration of GenAI and LLM solutions into the complex IT landscape of a Swiss bank, working closely with Cloud Engineering, Architecture, IT Security, and Business.

Start: 01.01.2027 | Duration: 12 months | Workload: 100 % | Location: Zurich

Tasks:

• Design the architecture for integrating Genesys with the GenAI platform for AI-powered voice applications.
• Develop interfaces and integrations between cloud and on-premises systems.
• Implement LLM/LLMOps solutions including model serving and pipeline orchestration.
• Build scalable cloud platforms with AWS, Kubernetes, and microservices.
• Create technical architecture standards considering regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Business, IT Architecture, Cloud Engineering, and IT Security.

Requirements:

• Several years of experience in solution architecture and integration of complex IT systems.
• Solid practical experience with LLMs, GenAI, and LLMOps including model serving and pipeline orchestration.
• Good knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, microservices, and APIs; Azure is a plus.
• Experience integrating AI solutions into cloud and on-premises systems.
• Genesys or contact centre experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, technical documentation, and coordination with various stakeholders.
