Due to our continuous growth, we are looking for a passionate and sports-enthusiastic floater for the position of Assistant Manager Fitness (m/f/d) with a 100% workload for our clubs in the Basel-Landschaft and Basel-Stadt region. The locations may vary depending on requirements.

Your role includes the following tasks and responsibilities:

• You look after and accompany our members in a friendly manner, spreading the PureGym spirit throughout the entire facility
• You implement the specified PureGym standards and lead by example
• You inspect all club areas and ensure that all quality requirements for safety, cleanliness, and health protection are always met
• You regularly obtain information about PureGym news and market developments and support gym management in developing and executing plans on how your club can assert itself in the market
• You are actively involved in various sales and promotional activities, such as distributing flyers
• You regularly lead live group fitness classes and assist in planning and introducing new class schedules

What you bring:

• You have a qualification as a fitness instructor (m/f/d) recognised by Qualitop Switzerland
• You have a strong affinity for sport, fitness, health, and sales
• You have very good German and English skills (at least B2), additional languages are a plus
• You are flexible in terms of time for spontaneous assignments, including evenings and weekends
• You have a high sense of responsibility and are willing to take on deputy tasks of gym management
• You enjoy customer contact and like working with people
• You are motivated to take on new tasks
• You are independent and enjoy working in a team
