Commercial Management - Finance, Controlling & HR

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will take on a central role within our corporate group. You will lead the areas of Finance, Controlling and HR and develop them further together with your teams. In doing so, you see yourself as a business partner to the CEO, the executive management and our operational leaders.

What you will achieve

Finance

• Overall responsibility for the financial affairs of the FERROFLEX Group
• Accounting, reporting and consolidation
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Liquidity planning, cash management and financing
• Tax, compliance and risk management topics
• Further development of financial processes, systems and internal controls
• Collaboration with banks, auditors and external partners

Controlling

• Establishment and further development of an efficient controlling function
• Further development of profit centre and management reporting
• Definition and advancement of meaningful KPIs
• Analysis of the performance of our business units and profit centres
• Creation of transparency regarding result, cost and performance drivers
• Derivation of concrete measures together with operational managers

HR

• Leadership and further development of operational HR
• Ensuring professional and practical HR processes
• Supporting managers in personnel planning and recruitment
• Further development of HR instruments and processes
• Stronger integration of financial planning and personnel planning

What you bring

• Solid education in finance, controlling, accounting, human resources (HR), business administration or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in finance, controlling and HR
• Leadership experience and interest in HR and organisational topics
• Very good understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow and working capital
• Sound experience in budgeting, reporting and controlling
• Experience in a decentralised, industrial, trade-oriented or B2B environment
• Experience with investment projects, M&A or corporate development is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills combined with pragmatism and implementation strength
• Leadership competence, groundedness, initiative and strong communication skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment in collaborating with operational leaders
• Very good German and good English skills; French skills are an advantage
