What will your role be with us?

• Administrative support for mandate managers and specialist teams
• Independent handling of the daily business of our SME and/or large clients as well as contact with insurance companies and clients
• Efficient and independent maintenance of the CRM
• Participation in the development of customised insurance concepts
• Support for mandate managers in the preparation and follow-up of client appointments, presentations, and consulting projects
• Accompanying and supporting clients with insurance queries and claims

What do you bring with you?

• Completed commercial training as well as insurance-specific education and training
• Sound knowledge in all insurance areas
• Confident communication in German; English and/or French an advantage
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) High service orientation and strong communication skills
• Enjoyment in advising and personal contact with clients/insurance companies
• Committed team player with a structured working style
• You enjoy building and shaping our Central Switzerland branch
