Senior Business Development Manager 100% (a)

Your passion lies in building sustainable customer relationships and developing new business opportunities in a demanding B2B environment. You move confidently at the C-level and know how to convincingly position complex services. In this central role, you actively drive growth by strategically acquiring new customers through targeted market development, proactive prospecting, and building a high-quality sales funnel, establishing long-term partnerships.

Your main tasks:

- Strategic market development and targeted acquisition of new customers in the defined target segment (including C-level approach)
- Positioning the company as a strategic partner and conducting presentations at top management level
- Analyzing customer needs and developing integrated, tailored solution concepts
- Preparing and negotiating offers in close cooperation with internal departments
- Independently managing the entire sales process until successful completion
- Building and actively using a reliable network as well as representing the company in the market (including CRM-supported reporting)

Your profile:

- Completed studies (at least Bachelor), ideally supplemented by an (E)MBA
- Several years (at least 10 years) of experience in demanding B2B sales with a focus on new customer acquisition
- Proven success in generating and converting sales pipelines as well as closing complex deals
- Experience dealing with multi-level decision-making processes and C-level stakeholders
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills to develop customer-specific solutions
- Convincing appearance, strong negotiation skills, and structured, results-oriented working style; fluent in German and English (French is an advantage)
