About the job
Co-Class Teacher Cycle 3, 12 to 15 Lessons
Department: Education and Housing
Start date: 1 August 2026
What you can achieve with us
Working days Wednesday to Friday
The pupils in the class are on the autism spectrum and/or have a visual impairment or are blind. You plan the level-appropriate teaching according to Curriculum 21 and carry it out. You receive support in the classroom from a pedagogical assistant as well as through close collaboration within the Cycle 3 team. In particular, you are responsible for the subjects Maths, NMG, M&I and IVE. Individual educational and support plans, which you create, serve as the basis for your teaching. In addition, you supervise the pedagogical team, ensure coordination work and maintain contact with the guardians and external specialist agencies. Administrative tasks such as maintaining the children's files and preparing reports also belong to your area of responsibility. Furthermore, you conduct progress discussions, participate in working groups and cross-class projects, and help organise special weeks. You share the class teaching role with a long-standing experienced teacher.

What you bring with you

Ideally, you already have experience teaching pupils in Cycle 3 on the autism spectrum or visually impaired children. You approach challenges, such as those presented by pupils from the autism spectrum (AS) and visual impairments, with the necessary professionalism and calm. You enjoy working with a committed team and contributing to a trusting and supportive atmosphere.
