Maintenance Employee with Supervision 70% (a)

The hours are Monday to Friday, from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM - 6:45 PM to 9:45 PM

Your tasks:

Operational management of a team of maintenance employees
Training of new collaborators
Responding to requests (tickets, phone, etc.)
Management and coordination of daily work (cleaning team)
Management of cleaning material orders
Quality control
Maintenance and dusting of workspaces
Thorough cleaning of restrooms
Floor cleaning

Your profile:

Federal VET diploma in the cleaning sector (e.g., cleaning agent, operations agent) or equivalent qualification
3 to 5 years of professional experience in the service sector and in maintenance activities
Experience in team management
Computer skills, especially Excel
Good command of spoken and written French
Organized, flexible, stress resilient, pragmatic, team spirit
