To support our team in the Quality Management Assurance (QMA) department, we are looking for a committed individual as

Student Quality Systems & Customer Support (m/f/d) 40%

In this role, you will support our team with operational and project-related tasks in quality assurance and complaint management. The focus is on documentation, validation, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Your tasks – Precise. Digital. Responsible.

• Participation in Computer System Validation (CSV) projects and validation activities including test execution and documentation.
• Support in the creation and updating of SOPs, work instructions, and risk analyses.
• Assistance in handling deviations, root cause analyses, and CAPA measures.
• Support in preparing internal and external audits.
• Operational and administrative support for the Lead Managers QMA and Customer Support.
• Collaboration on projects for continuous process improvement in quality management.

Your profile – Careful. Structured working method. Team-oriented.

• Ongoing studies in a relevant field (e.g. Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology or comparable).
• Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel) and a strong affinity for digital systems and software applications (e.g. TrackWise Digital, ERP systems).
• Knowledge of Good Documentation Practice (GDP) is an advantage.
• Very precise, exact, independent, and efficient working style.
• Good communication and teamwork skills as well as flexibility.
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form; good English skills are an advantage.
