Your Tasks

You take overall responsibility for the Wetzikon site and successfully lead it in terms of safety, quality, delivery reliability, efficiency and culture.

In particular, you are responsible for:

• Leading the areas of production, filling, packaging, logistics and engineering
• Controlling operational key figures and achieving agreed targets
• Ensuring stable, efficient and economical processes
• Further development of organisation, employees and infrastructure
• Implementation of investments, improvement projects and automation initiatives
• Close cooperation with sales, development, quality and purchasing
• Representing the site towards internal and external stakeholders
• Member of the Business Unit Carex management team

Your Profile

• Technical education, ideally further training as an engineer FH / HF, chemist, industrial engineer or comparable
• Several years of leadership experience in production, operations or plant management
• Experience in an industrial environment such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics or packaging
• Clear leadership, high personal responsibility and implementation strength
• Entrepreneurial thinking with an eye for costs, quality and people
• Hands-on mentality as well as enthusiasm for change and improvement
• Very good German skills, English advantageous
