Your responsibilities
- Overall management of the grammar school with a Matura department and a specialised middle school. Together with three deputy headteachers, you lead the school in educational, personnel, financial and organisational matters.
- Educational leadership and school development: You set impulses for contemporary education, ensure quality and initiate strategic and operational development processes.
- Personnel management and development: You lead and support teachers and staff, create clear framework conditions and ensure an appreciative and binding leadership culture.
- Responsibility for pupils: Together with the school management and the teaching staff, you create good conditions for academic achievement, personal development and a respectful school climate.
- Communication and collaboration: You represent the grammar school internally and externally and promote constructive cooperation with all stakeholders.
Your background
- You have a university degree with a teaching diploma for Matura schools as well as teaching experience at secondary level II.
- You take on leadership responsibility and have completed school management training or are willing to complete it.
- You bring experience in leading projects, enjoy tackling complex organisational tasks and work in a solution-oriented manner.
- You are skilled in strategic thinking and able to work in a team. You maintain appreciative communication and approach people with openness and empathy.
