To support our growth in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a consultant based in French-speaking Switzerland, Neuchâtel region:
Aseptic Production Engineer M/F
Your mission: The production engineer ensures the continuity of activities, strengthens process robustness and supervises the continuous improvement of production operations (aseptic and sterilised processes), while translating strategic operational excellence initiatives into actions.
- You ensure production compliance and reliability by providing technical and GMP expertise. You manage quality events related to production (change control, deviations, CAPA, complaints): conduct root cause analyses and necessary investigations.
- You collaborate with other industrial departments to limit unforeseen events and develop remediation plans: support qualification, validation and metrology activities with the QA department; collaborate to improve machine availability with the Maintenance department.
- You support the implementation of CAPEX projects related to production processes and equipment, and collaborate with the Supply Chain to optimise the production plan.
Your profile:
- Master's degree in Production, Process Engineering or Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance
- You have at least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech production management, necessarily in a sterile environment with aseptic processing and sterilisation operations in a GMP context.
- You have genuine experience in continuous improvement methodology; certification is a plus.
- You are fluent in French and have professional English skills.
