We are

a team of social pedagogues who enjoy their work. Our task is to create a second home with ample room for development for 17 children and young people with challenging backgrounds and psychosocial burdens.

We support and accompany the children and young people in their individual development with kindness, mindfulness, and clarity, and are a reliable counterpart.

As a team, we are open and willing to further develop ourselves in our work.

You are

• a person who enjoys accompanying children and young people in their development with a resource-oriented approach
• a counterpart who is reliable, clear, and empathetic
• a reflective personality who knows how to combine their human and professional competencies
• a team member who contributes independently and creatively to project work
• a trained professional in social pedagogy (HF/FH) with many years of experience in residential care
