About the job
Accessibility Services (AS) enables barrier-free access to SSR media and thus concretely contributes to social participation in Switzerland. As a centre of expertise, this service is responsible for the development and implementation of subtitling, sign language and audio description services.
Furthermore, AS is responsible for dialogue with customers and the market, including managing the national customer service centre for offerings such as Sat-Access, Play+ and Login, as well as exchanges with distributors and retransmitters, thereby ensuring that offers and interfaces are systematically adapted to the needs of the public and the market.

Product Manager: Accessibility Services
Your mission
As Product Manager: Accessibility Services within the Product Management Accessibility Services team, you actively participate in the development of our product portfolio in the fields of subtitling, audio description and sign language.
- You develop the vision, strategy and roadmap for products and services in the areas of subtitling, audio description and sign language, and prioritise needs in close collaboration with product management leadership as well as relevant internal and external stakeholders
- You are responsible for the operational management of the product lifecycle, from design to launch, including the ongoing development of existing products
- You analyse user needs, market requirements, technological developments and regulatory frameworks, deriving product requirements and action recommendations
- You ensure that product decisions are consistently focused on added value for the user, business objectives and profitability; you define relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) and derive data-driven optimisation measures
- You participate in the planning and control of product and project budgets, develop decision-making bases and conduct cost-benefit analyses
- You coordinate collaboration between specialist departments, operations, technology, Product Owners as well as internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective implementation of product requirements
- You monitor market, technology and industry trends, and promote a user-centred, agile and data-driven approach within the product environment
Your profile
- Experience in product management or a similar role related to product, service or project development
- Knowledge of or interest in agile product management methods, from strategic planning to operational implementation and roadmap development
- Experience analysing user needs, requirements and key indicators, with the ability to derive concrete measures
- Experience in stakeholder management and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to reconcile divergent interests
- An analytical, structured and solution-oriented approach
- A strong sense of responsibility, high implementation capability and confident decision-making
- Very good language skills in one national language, as well as German or French at least at B1 level and English at B1 level
- Experience in the media or accessibility services sector is an advantage but not mandatory
