- Processing of absence notifications due to illness and accident as well as ensuring correct and timely handling.
- Checking medical certificates for completeness and ensuring correct and timely recording in PEP and UKA Solution.
- Supporting and advising managers and employees on all matters related to absence management in collaboration with the HR Business Partner (HRBP).
- Supporting the HRM team with various tasks throughout the entire HR life cycle.
Bring along
- Completed commercial vocational training, ideally with further training in payroll and/or HR (e.g. HR Assistant)
- Proactive and solution-oriented case handling
