Mandate Manager Fiduciary (m/f/d) 80-100%

What you will achieve

• You advise our clients on a variety of issues relating to financial and payroll accounting, taxes and social security and actively contribute to the expansion of new business relationships
• You gladly take on responsibility, recognise the needs of clients and employees and can quickly familiarise yourself with new issues
• In doing so, you coach the caseworkers assigned to your mandates and bring them to the next level in their professional development
• You enjoy using digital technologies, optimise processes and develop innovative solutions for our clients
• You manage and coordinate the processing of financial and payroll accounting, VAT returns, interim and annual financial statements as well as tax returns

How you succeed

• You bring several years of practical experience in the fiduciary sector and have completed further training in business/finance (e.g. fiduciary specialist certificate or finance and accounting or similar)
• You think entrepreneurially, pragmatically and creatively and are open to innovative approaches to find the best solutions for our clients
• You enjoy working with a motivated, young team, share your knowledge and promote the personal and professional development of team members
• Ideally, you are already well networked in the Winterthur region
• Your high social competence, entrepreneurial mindset and pragmatic working style complete your profile
