From 1 January 2027 or by arrangement, we are looking for a

Mandate Manager Trust 80% - 100%

Your main tasks are:

• Independent management of your own portfolio of mandates from SMEs and private individuals
• Managing accounting as well as preparing interim and annual financial statements
• Preparing VAT returns
• Preparing tax returns for natural and legal persons
• Responsibility for our payroll mandates (around 30% of the workload): payroll processing, social insurances, withholding tax, salary certificates
• Oral and written contact with clients, authorities and social insurances
• Personal contact person for your clientele
• Many other varied tasks also await you

You have:

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally in the trust field
• Several years of professional experience in the trust sector
• Federal specialist certificate in trust and consulting (formerly trustee with federal specialist certificate) or a comparable further education is an advantage
• Sound knowledge in payroll administration and social insurances
• Confident command of German (spoken and written). Good English skills desirable. Additional language skills an advantage.
• Good IT user skills in the common MS Office suite
• Experience with Abacus, Bexio and Dr. Tax an advantage, knowledge of M-Files a plus
• Strong social skills, sense of responsibility, team awareness, organisational talent and an exact, independent working style
