The Pallas Clinics stand for medical excellence, quality and humanity. For our HR team, we are looking for a committed, structured and open-minded personality who enjoys recruiting and diverse HR topics and actively supports our team in the operational day-to-day business.

To strengthen our HR team in Olten, we are looking for you immediately, limited until March 2027, as

(Junior) HR & Recruiting Allrounder (60-80%)

Tasks

Recruiting (approx. 60% of workload)

• Accompanying the recruiting process from job posting to contract conclusion
• Creating and publishing job advertisements as well as using suitable recruiting channels
• Screening and pre-selection of applications as well as conducting initial interviews
• Coordinating interviews and guiding candidates through the application process
• Close cooperation with managers and ensuring a professional candidate experience
• Support in active sourcing and other recruiting activities

HR & Projects (approx. 40% of workload)

• Contributing to the further development and optimisation of our HR processes
• Supporting HR projects and taking on own smaller projects
• Participating in further HR initiatives
• Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

Job Requirements

• Degree (FH/University) or commercial training, ideally related to HR
• Initial practical experience in recruiting and/or HR
• Enjoyment in contact with people
• Quick comprehension as well as a proactive, independent and structured working style
• Communicative, open and service-oriented personality
• Very good German skills and confident handling of MS Office
