• First and second level support for our employees
• Installation, configuration and software provision (client & system software) for Windows clients (Windows 10/11)
• Operation, maintenance and monitoring of the Windows server environment (up to Server 2022) as well as the network infrastructure
• Participation in IT projects and optimisations in operations
• Professional co-supervision and training of the apprentice
• Creation and maintenance of GxP-compliant documentation

• You have completed vocational training as an IT specialist EFZ or comparable training / proven professional experience.
• You enjoy training apprentices.
• You are interested, team- and customer-oriented.
• You already have experience in operating IT infrastructure.
• You prioritise and work independently.
• You have a quick grasp and are not deterred by complex tasks.
