XUND is committed to the training and further education of sufficient and qualified healthcare professionals for Central Switzerland and offers a broad, practice-oriented training and further education programme "from a single source" in Lucerne and Alpnach with the Higher Vocational Schools for Nursing and MTA, postgraduate studies, inter-company courses as well as further training.

Your tasks

• We will not leave you alone and will provide you with thorough induction into your new area of responsibility. You will be carefully supported on your journey by our experienced team of mentors. As part of the teaching team, you will find uncomplicated support in everyday life.
• Over time, you will teach independently in the Nursing HF course, prepare for situation- and competence-oriented lessons, and convey the learning material according to contemporary methodological-didactic principles. You will accompany our students as a coach in various learning settings.
• We will support you in acquiring the necessary vocational pedagogical training alongside your job.
• As a nursing professional, you will contribute your practical experience to further develop the Nursing HF training and XUND, actively participating in various working groups.

Your profile

• You have a qualification as a certified nurse HF or equivalent and several years of practical nursing experience.
• Ideally, you already have vocational pedagogical training with a specialist certificate as a trainer, or at least the SVEB trainer certificate (SVEB1).
• You are a communicative, open-minded personality with healthy assertiveness and greatly enjoy supporting students in their learning process.
• Enjoyment in working with new media and good knowledge of the MS Office suite complete your profile.
