Alnovis AG, based in Rothenburg near Lucerne, is one of the leading fundraising agencies in Switzerland and exclusively supports non-profit organisations. For over 25 years, we have been assisting our clients throughout the entire fundraising process: from strategy & conception through implementation and controlling to data management and analysis.

With our integrated mix of tools, we support NPOs in sustainably developing their fundraising activities and thus securing their project work as well as the growth of the organisation. Around half of our 100 employees work in the in-house dialogue centre.

Your main area of responsibility:

• You inform donors of various non-profit and customers of profit organisations about current projects by telephone
• Donor / customer care and acquisition
• Customer surveys and needs assessments
• Data entry directly on the PC

Our requirements:

• Pleasant telephone voice and positive attitude to life
• Good manners and negotiation skills
• Enjoyment of telephone work (experience in telemarketing desired)
• You speak Swiss German (mandatory)
• Flexibility, reliability, quick comprehension and results-oriented working style
• PC user skills
