- Analyse, structure, and translate requirements from departments into implementable IT solutions
- Coordinate departments, internal IT specialists, and external partners
- Moderate workshops and develop viable solution approaches together with stakeholders
- Create professional and technical concepts, specifications, and decision-making bases
- Manage deadlines, costs, risks, dependencies, and project progress
- Support tests, approvals, rollouts, and handover to operations
- Analyse existing processes and systems and identify concrete optimisation and digitalisation potentials
- Prioritise IT projects and requirements and contribute to resource planning
- Ensure that new solutions function technically and are sustainably anchored in the business
- Several years of experience in managing IT or digitalisation projects as well as in business analysis
- Very good understanding of business processes, applications, interfaces, data flows, and system interrelationships
- Ability to precisely capture business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
- Experience with classical, agile, or hybrid project methods
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP, as well as CRM and data management topics is an advantage
- Technical understanding to assess solution approaches thoroughly and collaborate with IT specialists on an equal footing
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Confident appearance as well as strong communication and moderation skills
- Fluent German skills (C2) and very good English skills (at least B2)

Responsibilities
- Independently manage IT and digitalisation projects from requirements gathering to implementation- Analyse, structure, and translate requirements from departments into implementable IT solutions
- Coordinate departments, internal IT specialists, and external partners
- Moderate workshops and develop viable solution approaches together with stakeholders
- Create professional and technical concepts, specifications, and decision-making bases
- Manage deadlines, costs, risks, dependencies, and project progress
- Support tests, approvals, rollouts, and handover to operations
- Analyse existing processes and systems and identify concrete optimisation and digitalisation potentials

Profile
- Completed studies in business informatics or computer science (FH/University/ETH)- Several years of experience in managing IT or digitalisation projects as well as in business analysis
- Very good understanding of business processes, applications, interfaces, data flows, and system interrelationships
- Ability to precisely capture business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
- Experience with classical, agile, or hybrid project methods
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP, as well as CRM and data management topics is an advantage
- Technical understanding to assess solution approaches thoroughly and collaborate with IT specialists on an equal footing
