The Department Secretariat supports the department management and is responsible for the digital transformation in the Department of Construction and Justice. The project management pool of the Office for Geoinformation supports the Department Secretariat and specialist offices in the development and implementation of digital projects. For the Services Division, we are looking for an Information Security Officer and Project Manager, 80-100% at the Solothurn location from 04.01.2027 or by agreement.
Your responsibilities
- You initiate, plan, and lead IT and digitisation projects for the Department Secretariat and specialist offices. Together with the departments, you analyse problems, processes, and requirements and develop solution concepts as well as decision-making bases.
- You support the maintenance of the departmental project portfolio as well as the coordination and prioritisation of projects, including in the AI area.
- As the Information Security Officer, you assess protection needs, risks, and security requirements and advise the offices.
Your profile
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in (Business) Informatics, Engineering Sciences, or a comparable qualification.
- Your solid experience helps you in gathering professional requirements and in creating solution concepts.
- Your experience in leading projects and your methodological competence in project management complete your profile.
