You can contribute to this role
- Responsible for conducting the sports tests according to the instructions of the Federal Office of Sport BASPO
- Conduct the Army Fitness Test (FTA) with conscripts (warm-up phase, test phase) and record the sports results
- Prepare sports equipment, including functional checks
- Follow up on the FTA (reporting defects, tidying the sports hall) and carry out any administrative tasks

- Professional qualification with relevant functional experience
- Training as a gymnastics and sports teacher, youth and sports leader, J+S certificate or leader of a sports club
- Team-oriented, reliable, responsible personality
- Oral knowledge of a second official language required
In a nutshell
The Army Personnel accompanies army members from recruitment to discharge from military service. The Recruitment Command is responsible for selecting future army members and assigning them to a suitable function (army or civil protection). The suitability and inclination of conscripts and the needs of the army are optimally aligned.
Support the sports tests of conscripts at the Recruitment Centre Rüti and be responsible for recording the sports results.

The Training Command (Kdo Ausb) is responsible for training within the Swiss Army – from recruitment through basic training to officer training for the militia and professional military. The Kdo Ausb includes advanced officer training, army personnel, five training units, the training centre, as well as the specialist unit for women in the army and diversity. One third of the approximately 2,350 employees work in civilian professions in scientific, technical, medical, psychological, administrative or sporting fields and contribute to success together with the professional military.
The Swiss Army employs over 9,000 staff in four military and around 200 civilian professions – at 110 locations throughout Switzerland. The next generation is also taken care of: the Swiss Army trains apprentices in over 30 professions.
